Health-Led Performance Strategy for high-pressure organisations, moving leaders from Strain to Agency.

I help CEOs, COOs and People leaders build organisations where performance and wellbeing are the same strategy, not a trade-off. Through keynotes, coaching and programs grounded in a proven framework and thirty years of leadership experience.

Health-Led Performance Strategy

Every organisation reaches a tipping point where strain outweighs capacity, and performance, engagement and leadership all start to erode. I call this the shift from Strain to Agency, and it’s the work I’ve built my entire practice around.

Health-Led Performance Strategy is the framework I created to help organisations make that shift deliberately, using health and wellbeing as commercial performance levers rather than a wellness add-on. It moves leaders and teams through three transformations:

1. Chronic Burnout → Reclaimed Energy Awareness, Recovery, Resilience

2. Low Productivity → High Performance, Performance Shift, Leadership Effectiveness, Safe Performance

3. Low Engagement → Human Connection Psychological Safety, Human Leadership, Shared Ownership

This is the same thinking behind Return on Self™, the framework I created to link personal wellbeing directly to commercial performance measures. It’s built on thirty years of senior leadership experience, including my own years as CMO of an Australia’s Top 50 company, and it’s why my work has been featured in the AFR and HRD.

Ways We Can Work Together

Every engagement is designed around one or more of the three transformations at the heart of Health-Led Performance Strategy.

1. Chronic Burnout → Reclaimed Energy

Keynotes, coaching and programs focused on awareness, recovery and building genuine resilience in high-strain environments.

2. Low Productivity → High Performance

Workshops and corporate programs that shift performance safely and effectively, strengthening leadership capability without burning people out.

3. Low Engagement → Human Connection

Programs and retreats built around psychological safety, human leadership and shared ownership across teams.

Individual coaching, including NLP-based and executive women’s coaching, and custom wellbeing journeys, sit within these pillars depending on what you or your organisation need most.

They invest to retain talent, reduce risk, strengthen leadership and build cultures that perform under pressure.

My tiered partnerships allow you to start where it makes sense and evolve as your organisation does.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

I thought I was invincible, until my cancer diagnosis.

I spent thirty years in senior leadership, including as CMO of an Australia’s Top 50 company, believing performance and personal health were separate battles you fought at the same time. In 2020, a breast cancer diagnosis, on top of years of undiagnosed burnout and chronic health issues including osteoporosis, high cholesterol, anaemia and endometriosis, proved me wrong in the most direct way possible.

Recovering meant relearning how energy, leadership and performance actually connect. That relearning became Return on Self™, the framework I use to link personal wellbeing to commercial performance measures, and later Health-Led Performance Strategy, the model I now bring to organisations navigating their own tipping points from Strain to Agency.

My story isn’t the method. It’s the proof that the method works.

Why: Keeping the lived experience but placing it after the model and credibility means it reads as evidence, not as the whole pitch.

Why I Speak

Every time I take a stage, I’m speaking to the point I nearly missed, where ambition and health stop being separate battles and start being one strategy.

I don’t do toxic positivity. I don’t do surface-level wellness tips.

I speak about:
Chronic Burnout → Reclaimed Energy How stress rewires the body and mind, and what real recovery and resilience look like once you stop grinding and start grounding.

Low Productivity → High Performance Why sustainable performance is a leadership skill, not a personality trait, and how it’s built deliberately, not willed into existence.

Low Engagement → Human Connection What it takes to build workplaces where people can succeed without losing themselves: psychological safety, human leadership, shared ownership.

This is Health-Led Performance Strategy, delivered from the stage. Every talk moves an audience a step further along the same path I help organisations walk: from Strain to Agency.

My Mission

To help people live and work in a way that honours their health, amplifies their potential and gives them permission to be fully human.

To teach leaders how to create environments where people feel seen, supported and psychologically safe.

To empower organisations to reduce burnout, improve performance and enhance wellbeing, not through theory, but through practical, lived-experience insights.

These are the message I bring to every stage, workshop and room I enter.
