About
I thought I was invincible — until my cancer diagnosis.
I’m Roni Millard — founder of The Wellbeing Edge, motivational speaker, NLP transformational coach in training, wellness advocate, and senior marketing and sales consultant. This consultancy was born from my mission to help high-performing individuals and organisations not just survive — but thrive — in demanding, high-pressure environments.
After decades of climbing the corporate ladder, juggling executive leadership, raising a family, and ignoring my own needs, I know what it’s like to live in overdrive. As a female executive, I was constantly “on”—striving, leading, proving. But behind the scenes, I was running on fumes. Burnout wasn’t just an occasional visitor; it was a recurring state I normalized. And it nearly broke me.
I experienced multiple health crises over the years — from osteopenia and osteoporosis to high cholesterol, high blood pressure, severe deficiencies, endometriosis, miscarriages, and ultimately, a cancer diagnosis that stopped me in my tracks.
Cancer became my turning point. It stripped away the illusion of invincibility and made one thing clear: I could no longer sacrifice my health at the altar of ambition. That realisation reshaped everything.
Today, I use my voice and my experience to help others — especially female executives — recalibrate. To perform at a high level without burning out. To lead with purpose without losing themselves. And to chase their definition of success with wellbeing at the centre.
Through keynote speaking, transformational workshops, executive coaching, and compassionate workplace consulting, I guide individuals and teams toward sustainable high performance — where ambition and wellbeing work hand in hand.
Because you don’t have to break down to break through.
And you don’t have to choose between achievement and health.

Through numerous traumatic life challenges in both my personal and professional spaces, I speak from a place of raw authenticity and deep empathy. Theory doesn’t cut it with me.
Having faced osteoporosis, osteopenia, high cholesterol, endometriosis, miscarriages, serious vitamin deficiencies, multiple corporate burnouts, and breast cancer, I can confirm I’m the real deal. I’ve earned my Resilience Stripes many times over and shar my trials and triumphs with honesty and passion. I believe that true high performance—whether in business or life—begins with wellbeing. You cannot excel in the corporate arena if you are running on empty in your personal one. The cart cannot go before the horse. Prioritising mental, spiritual, and physical health isn’t just self-care—it’s the foundation for sustainable success.
I look to inspire my audiences to take stock of their lives, reframe their approach to success, and step into their full potential—because when you take care of yourself, both your personal and professional lives will thrive.

Supporting Students Engaging students in their learning and fostering their social, emotional, and physical development are crucial for transforming them into healthy, happy, and well-adjusted individuals. Schools that prioritise student wellbeing often see enhanced academic performance and a positive school culture. Supporting Educators Equally important is the wellbeing of educators. Teachers who feel connected and engaged, and who exhibit physical energy and emotional intelligence, are better equipped to foster student success.
